Contact & Support
Last updated: August 31, 2026
We read everything that comes in. The fastest way to reach us is email — support@vitexapp.com. If you are signed in, the Contact us form in Account Settings reaches the same place and tells us which account you are writing about, which usually saves a round trip.
What to include
For anything going wrong, the three things that help most are: the email address on your account, what you were doing when it happened, and whether you were on the website or the mobile app. Screenshots are welcome.
Common requests
Deleting your account
You can do this yourself, and it is immediate. On the website, go to Account → Danger zone. In the mobile app, go to Account → Delete my account. This permanently removes your protocol items, blood markers and readings, adherence history, profile, and your login. It cannot be undone. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it separately in your billing settings — deleting the account does not cancel billing.
Exporting your data
The History page exports your full adherence log to a spreadsheet. If you want everything we hold on you in one file, email us and we will put it together.
Privacy questions
Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect and who processes it, including the AI features. For access, correction or deletion requests, email us and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Password trouble
Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page — it works on both the website and the mobile app. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us.
A note on medical questions
We can help with the app, your account, and your data. We cannot give medical advice, and neither can Vitex's AI features — the app is a tracking tool, not a medical device, and nothing in it is a substitute for your doctor or pharmacist. If you have a health concern, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email support@vitexapp.com with the details and please give us a chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We are grateful for reports and will confirm receipt.
